In 1706 pirates like Blackbeard raided the eastern shores of America and the Caribbean Islands. One of the pirates, Roberto De Blackerby, based his crew out of the fun-loving New Orleans. His favorite target was the Bahamas – so much so that Roberto soon became known as “Bahama Bob”. When he left the Bahamas, he returned with all types of treasures including his secret Caribbean recipes.
These recipes eventually made their way to the chefs at Calypso Beach Café in Panama City Beach, Florida! Today, these inspired recipes are prepared for the world’s most important people – our guests! Bon Appetite!
